AND THEN... i get to go to my grandmas house and see all my family including my cousin that i havent seen in forever! yay! so exciting! On sunday at youth group we had a gift exchange and it was so much fun! i cant wait till next year. Christmas is simply the greatest!<br /><br />I'm learning about scales and all that good stuff in guitar lessons and i'm actually understanding it, So yay for me. It made me realize just how mean people can be tho, cuz my hair is kinda short, and i swear, u go to school, and all the girls have the same haircut, long straight, sometimes curled at the bottoms, and it annoys me. But people have been making rude comments and calling me names and the whole deal, and contrary to popular belief, i do have feelings and can hear what people say. But i've decided that i'm not going to let it bother me, i have better things to worry about than what other people think about me. <br /><br />I am playing guitar on the 21st in church (sunday @10:30) so everybody has to come. I'm kinda nervous about it all but excited at the same time. I really just want to get it over with.<br /><br />One thing i really want to do is get the band going (not the church band) my band, cuz i keep daydreaming about playing shows and stuff and i hate never making any progress with it! I'm gunna keep trying and i'm gunna keep practicing... and i think i'm gunna teach myself how to play keyboard cuz i think that'd be really cool, and my friend has a keyboard she said i could use, so yeah, i'm excited about that too... uhm, yeah... i must get back to my homework, see u all later. urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:decibel851:1205 2003-11-26T08:19:20Z 2003-11-26T08:19:20Z mxpx-everything sux when ur gone hey people, wuts up!<br />yeah, veritas is very fun, u should all come and join me for some fun times =). uhm, yeah, Last nite my mom decided to lecture me on how the church puts "wrong ideas" into my head and how as a mother she has the rite at any time to remove me from it if she keeps getting that message... thats a load of bull to me, but what am i supposed to do. I find it quite ironic that, here i am, rebelling against the bad... and getting the same consequences as if i were rebelling against the good... i just dont get it, but i dont get alot of things... no big deal, i'm still a kid, i've got time to learn rite? Anyways, after the lecture i went to veritas and chilled with tina and kristi, it was cool, but we started talking about my parents and it went downhill from there... tears and the whole deal. It was cool to talk with them, they give good advice, but i must admit, it was a bit embarassing. Yeah... today was pretty good, mind u all that happened yesterday. I went christmas shopping and got my mom a really cute set or whatever from bath and body works or some store like that. ANDIE!! we have to get together more to get going on out "head start". Yeah, i think we should have about 10 riffs or whatever and we already have lyrics, well kinda. OUR YOUTH ROOM IS WAY SUPER COOL! We get to hang out there monday, tuesday, thursday and friday after skool and tuesdays and thursdays at lunch. O yeah, we're cool. ANYWAYS... i can play i tiny bit of Bohemian Raphsody =D, u should be proud. I have to go chill with my grandparents today, which kinda sux cuz i wanted to do something, but whatever, my grandparents are cool. My sister isnt going once again tho cuz she has to "work" she's always working, but no, sarah still has to go. Whatever, we're going to a play and my grandparents have an extra ticket but if i ask anybody ppl's feelings will get hurt cuz we're stupid and yeah. I have to think of somebody tho cuz the tickets are expensive. Uuuuuuhm... yeah, last nite was our last home football game and we lost big time but we got to go to Veritas after and i got to stay till 11:15. I have no idea what to write in it, And i dont understand why they call it a journal, cuz nobody in their rite mind is going to spill out all their emotions knowing the whole world can read them. Sooo.... READ THIS BORING CRAP I'M GOING TO WRITE! i had guitar lessons on tuesday and he's teaching me scale things, but more complicated, like how the root 3rd and 5th are the major chords and something else is the minor chords and i'm pretty dang confused, but i'm going to have my dearest andie come and help me. AAANNNND... this weekend my dad is going to help me learn BOHEMIAN RAPHSODY! is that awesome or what. And we are also going to learn an AC/DC song the whole way thru. =) awesome stuff.
